Shipping Schedule Japan Time

  • Monday - Friday [packing starts 10 am, fedex/dhl/ups pick up 3-4pm] 
  • Order with single card, handling time is 3 to 5 days.
  • No shipment will be occur in Japan National Holiday
  • We do not ship to US-Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI) Wake, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway

Import fees & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped directly from Japan, any import fee or taxes for importing goods requested by your country will be the buyer's responsibility. These additional fees are not included in the final price

Cancellation, Refund, Replacement & Return

  • Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock. If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 10% cancellation fee.
  • If your order is shipped out, refund and cancellation is non-negotiable and non-refundable. 
  • Pre-order products are non-refundable. Once payment is made for a pre-order product, we will allocate it to the wholesaler. However, if the wholesaler is unable to deliver the pre-order product to us, we will issue a 100% refund with no fees.
  • Cancellation and refund due to price volatility (price drop or increase) are not possible. This occurrence often happens within 1 to 30 days after the product's release date.
  • The ordered package is damaged or stolen, our company's contracts with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Japan Post do not include insurance in case of damage or theft. Therefore, we cannot compensate you 100%.
