Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not the item described.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or video proof of purchase.

For customer asking for a refund because [product has been tampered with or detect as not official please enter here].

Full refund is not possible due to 10% deduction from financial services.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee.

If your order is shipped out, refund and cancellation is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

If there is a remote charge for your address, we will charge you for additional shipping.
