• Pre-order product is non refund-able, once you paid for a pre-order product, we will allocate it to wholesaler. However, if wholesaler could not deliver pre-order product to us, we will refund you 100% [no fee]. 
• Cancellation and refund due to price volatility (price drop or increase) are not possible. This occurrence often happens within 1 to 30 days after the product's release date.
• The ordered package is damaged or stolen, our company's contracts with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Japan Post do not include insurance in case of damage or theft. Therefore, we cannot compensate you 100%.

Pro tips: Do not remove the sticker label code on the product, as it allows us to track the origin source.

• Please send us a video or photo of the product with the sticker label code attached, and explain why you think the product has been tampered with. (The sticker label is usually on the back of the product.) 
• If you are uncertain whether received goods is real or fake, do not open it!
• If you see glue marks or suspect that the product has been tampered with, do not open it! Consult with us first.
• If you are a shop owner or reseller, inform your customers to record their unboxing as well.

Refunds & Replacements for unofficial products

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
• After 14 days, we can only issue a refund, but we cannot send a replacement.

• Any import fee or taxes for importing goods requested by your country will be the buyer's responsibility.
